Material Flow Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies, supporting the implementation of pull systems, Kanban and visual management.

• Develop detailed VSMs, process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures.

• Improve plant layouts, design and implement material flow strategies.

• Develop and implement part presentation strategies to ensure materials are delivered to workstations in an organized, ergonomic, and efficient manner.

• Capacity analysis and line balancing.

• Design inventory control strategies to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• English: Intermediate/Advanced

• 5+ years' experience in Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Design, Continues Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.

• Ability to travel including internationally (USA-VISA).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Implementation of automation technologies such as: Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV),Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Scan tunnels.

• Working with global staff.
