In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

·       Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using modern development practices and technologies.

·       Analyze customer and business requirements to deliver effective software solutions.

·       Contribute to user interface design and overall user experience improvements.

·       Partner with software engineers to design and implement robust software architecture.

·       Develop, test, and maintain application code, including unit and integration tests.

·       Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

·       Create and maintain technical documentation and developer tools.

·       Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.

·       Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and support implementation planning.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and engineering teams.

·       Support continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.

·       Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to team members to foster collective success.

·       Contribute to innovation initiatives and intellectual property development.

For This Role, You Will Need:

·       Experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin.

·       Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Android Jetpack Compose.

·       Experience working with Android SDKs and modern Android development frameworks.

·       Knowledge of software architecture principles, including Clean Architecture and modular design.

·       Familiarity with contemporary Android architectural patterns such as MVVM and MVI.

·       Experience implementing dependency injection frameworks, such as Dagger or Hilt.

·       Knowledge of software testing practices and frameworks, like JUnit and MockK.

·       Experience using source control systems such as Git and GitFlow.

·       Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.

·       Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines.

·       Awareness of mobile application security best practices.

·       Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

·       Professional proficiency in English and Polish to effectively collaborate with global and regional teams.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

·       Experience contributing to software architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.

·       Experience supporting complex software products deployed in industrial, engineering, or mission-critical environments.

·       Knowledge of performance optimization and application profiling techniques.

·       Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership within project teams.

·       Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

·       Demonstrated experience working in globally distributed and cross-functional teams.

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
