Expansion Manager [France]

What you´ll do:

• Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in France and ensure its success
• Lead the transition of an existing network of 30 stores from a distributor model to a franchise model, with a pipeline of candidates already in place
• Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the French market
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (internal teams, prospective franchisees, current distributor partners, legal and real estate partners) throughout the development and conversion process
• Build deep market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential
• Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion and conversion covering all aspects of the business (legal, financial, operational, marketing)
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners
• Be an inspirational example for team members through high performance and demonstrated leadership

Who we´re looking for:

• More than 4 years of experience in project management or network/franchise development
• Availability to travel
• You are fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus!)
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in France is a plus
• You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills, building solid partner relationships and finding win-win solutions
• You are resilient and able to drive your projects to completion, successfully and on time
• First-hand experience in business development, partnership management, or lead generation is a plus
• First-hand experience in launching a store or franchise is a plus
• Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and a structured way of working
• You love to organize and coordinate things yourself, and can move forward independently
• You are passionate, self-confident, and comfortable approaching new people
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
