Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Admission Intake Auditor to join our team in West Palm Beach.
This full-time position worksMonday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., supporting the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.
What You’ll Do
- Review and audit admissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards and agency guidelines.
- Process new referrals accurately and efficiently to support a timely and seamless intake process.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information and coordinate appropriate follow-up to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and established requirements.
- Collaborate with intake and interdisciplinary team members to promote accuracy, compliance, and a positive patient and family experience.

What You’ll Need
- Associate degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration, auditing, and customer service
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospice or home health programs preferred, with willingness to develop clinical understanding.
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
- Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team. Ability to develop HPBC clinical knowledge base.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
