We are currently looking for a Product Portfolio Senior Team Leader (Residential, SoHo and SME) who will own the end-to-end product strategy and the lifecycle management of the company's electricity and natural gas retail offerings. This role sits at the intersection of energy market dynamics, pricing strategy and regulatory compliance and is accountable for building a competitive, profitable, and compliant product portfolio across residential and SMEs.

What will you do:

• Close collaboration with the Products & Portfolio Senior Section Manager and the Head of Marketing & Communications, develops and implements product marketing plans for Electricity and Natural Gas product portfolio, aiming to optimize performance within approved budget limits.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for electricity and gas offerings.
• Track wholesale market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor positioning on an ongoing basis to ensure the portfolio remains competitive.
• Identify opportunities for new product lines.
• Own product P&L: margin targets, volume forecasts, and portfolio profitability.
• Support scenario planning for commodity price volatility and its impact on retail margins.
• Monitor upcoming regulatory changes and adapt product strategy accordingly.
• Build and lead a product team covering electricity and natural gas product lines.
• Work with IT/Digital teams to translate product requirements into system and platform capabilities (CRM, billing systems etc.).
• Responsible for tracking and evaluating the market impact of marketing initiatives carried out, including promotions and campaigns.
• Track best practices in the market regarding product and pricing, evaluates them against the needs of the Greek energy market and the Company's competitive position, and proactively recommends actions, including new product development.
• Play an active role in shaping the annual Marketing Plan, Budget, and Product Roadmap.
• Monitors and assures high quality regular and ad-hoc/on demand reporting.
• Directly reports to Products & Portfolio Senior Section Manager.

What you need to be successful:

• A Masters’ degree in Business or Finance or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in energy retail, utilities, or a related regulated industry, with at least 3 years in product management role
• Proven track record of launching and scaling retail products in a competitive, margin-sensitive environment
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen; comfortable working with pricing models, forecasting, and P&L ownership
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and team spirit
• A strongly customer-oriented personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Expert in use of Excel
• Excellent command of the English language
