Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks using Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
  • Build and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
  • Perform testing for web and mobile applications across browsers/devices.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman / Rest Assured / Swagger.
  • Identify, report, track, and verify defects using JIRA / Asana / Azure DevOps.
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers to shift-left quality practices.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
  • Proficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Strong experience in regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
  • Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant QA automation.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Appium for mobile automation.
  • Exposure to performance testing using JMeter / LoadRunner.
  • SQL / database validation skills.
  • Experience in BDD tools like Cucumber.
  • ISTQB certification.
