Role overview

We are looking for a Visual Designer & Motion Creator who can bring ideas to life across static and moving formats. This is someone who combines exceptional design sensibilities with strong motion and video editing skills, embraces AI-powered creative workflows, and is always exploring new ways to create better visual experiences.

If you are naturally curious, obsessed with great design, and constantly experimenting with new creative tools, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Create visually compelling designs across digital, print, web, events, presentations, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Produce high-quality videos, motion graphics, animations, reels, explainers, product showcases, and corporate films.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and memorable visual stories.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, leadership, and external partners to deliver impactful creative assets.
• Design brochures, reports, case studies, infographics, presentations, exhibition collateral, and sales enablement material.
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns for product launches, events, employer branding, customer success stories, and thought leadership.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into design and production workflows to improve creativity, speed, and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in design, motion, video production, AI, typography, branding, and digital content.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining high creative standards.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, visual communication, or multimedia design.
• An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, storytelling, and motion capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills with an eye for pacing, transitions, music, and storytelling.
• Ability to visualize ideas quickly and transform concepts into impactful creative outputs.
• Passion for learning new creative technologies and adopting modern workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to identify where they can meaningfully enhance the creative process.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

[ 05 ] Tools

Tools you'll work with

• Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
• Figma
• Canva
• AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools will be an added advantage.
