We are looking for a motivated Junior ERP & Business Software Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provide day-to-day support to customers via phone, email, and CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their requests
- Support customers in the use of our Web ERP and commercial software applications, including invoicing, orders, sales, purchases, my data and other core commercial processes
- Understand and record customer business needs and translate them into appropriate application configurations and solutions
- Configure and parameterize applications according to customer requirements and business processes
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers, helping them effectively use our software solutions
- Participate in application testing, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement
- Support the Direct Sales team with product knowledge, customer presentations, and solution-related inquiries
- Identify additional customer needs and potential cross-selling opportunities, communicating them to the relevant Sales teams
- Gather customer feedback and research findings and contribute insights for the continuous improvement of our products and services
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Consulting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Good understanding of basic commercial and accounting processes, such as invoicing, orders, purchases, sales, and commercial documents
- Familiarity with ERP, accounting, or commercial software applications will be considered a strong asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting directly with customers
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand and analyze business needs
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments
- Good command of English and MS Office
