Your role
As Head Analyst, you'll join our Software Development team, and you will lead the design and implementation of complex business solutions. This role combines deep business analysis (Business & Functional Architecture), the establishment of implementation standards, and team guidance and coordination.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Coordination: Guiding, supporting, and allocating tasks to the team of Analysts, while ensuring deliverable quality and adherence to implementation standards.
Solution Design: Designing the overall architecture of the commercial workflow for complex business needs, translating business requirements into optimal functional specifications.
Import Folders & Costing Models: Designing, configuring, and overseeing advanced inventory costing workflows and import documentation folders.
Document Workflow & Automations: Supervising and designing complex document transformation flows, approval workflows, and integrations.
Project Management & GAP Analysis: Conducting requirement reviews for strategic clients, identifying gaps (GAP Analysis), and proposing custom developments in collaboration with the Development department.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Software Engineering and software development as Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Technical/Business Consultant.
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and coordinating teams of analysts or consultants in large-scale implementations.
Strong experience in Business & Functional Architecture, requirement gathering, and conducting structured GAP Analysis.
Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to foster a positive team environment and work effectively across diverse functional departments.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Very good command of English.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of database design and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
