About the Program
The Eptura Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide recent graduates and early-career professionals with meaningful, hands-on experience within a global SaaS organization. Throughout this 12-month program, apprentices will receive mentoring, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to commercial operations and sales processes.
Eligibility
To be considered for this apprenticeship, candidates must:
- Have completed a Bachelor's degree within the past two years
- Have no more than two years of professional work experience
- Be legally eligible to participate in an apprenticeship program in India

Role Overview
As an AI Marketing Apprentice, you will work alongside our marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to help build the next generation of AI-powered marketing. You'll learn how to create and train AI agents, automate repetitive marketing tasks, generate personalized content, produce videos, and support sales teams with customized customer presentations. This role is designed for an early-career professional, recent graduate, or career starter who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, AI, automation, and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Build and test AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Train AI agents using approved product messaging, sales content, customer insights, and brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating social media posts, blogs, emails, and campaign content using AI tools.
- Develop customized sales presentations tailored to specific customers, industries, and buyer personas.
- Produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, product launches, webinars, and internal communications.
- Create brand-compliant images, graphics, animations, and multimedia assets using generative AI tools.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs using AI-powered analytics.
- Assist in creating executive presentations, thought leadership content, and customer-facing materials.
- Analyze campaign, website, and social media performance and generate actionable insights.
- Test and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Support sales and marketing teams by creating enablement content, battlecards, and customer communications.
- Build and maintain knowledge libraries that improve AI agent performance over time.
- Experiment with new AI tools, prompting techniques, and automation approaches.
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency.
- Present recommendations, findings, and AI project outcomes to marketing leadership.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, content creation trends, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Within your first year, you will:
- Build and improve AI agents for marketing and sales teams.
- Create content that is actively used across campaigns and customer engagements.
- Produce engaging social and video content.
- Help automate repeatable marketing workflows.
- Develop expertise in Microsoft's AI ecosystem.
- Build a portfolio of real-world AI, marketing, and content creation projects
About You
We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is keen to build a career in marketing or technology. The following will set you up for success in this role:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing information.
- Strong interest in AI, marketing technology, and automation.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and software platforms.
- Demonstrated interest in content creation, social media, video production, or digital marketing.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience creating social media, video, or digital content.
- Basic video editing experience using Canva, Adobe Express, Clipchamp, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience with PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio of content, videos, presentations, or creative projects.

The apprenticeship is a 12-month development program. Successful completion does not guarantee permanent employment; however, apprentices may be considered for future opportunities based on performance, business needs, and the availability of approved positions.
