Eram Talent is a recruitment company operating in Saudi Arabia that places engineering, construction, energy, healthcare and technical professionals with employers across the Gulf. Part of the Indian Eram Group, it specialises in high-volume mobilisation for large capital projects, where a contractor may need hundreds of qualified people on site within weeks and must recruit them internationally. Based in Riyadh, it handles sourcing, credential verification, visa processing and deployment, and its vacancy volume reflects Saudi Arabia's very large programme of construction and industrial projects.

Eram Talent is presently hiring for a Project Construction Manager with core experience in Gas Oil Separation Plants (GOSP). The Project Construction Manager would be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, including civil works and mechanical/equipment installation, ensuring execution is completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with the approved project schedule and Saudi Aramco standards. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of construction-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily on-site construction activities, covering civil works and mechanical/equipment installation, ensuring compliance with project plans, budgets, schedules, and Saudi Aramco standards (SAES).

  • Manage and coordinate international and local subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure timely completion of assigned work in line with project requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, Saudi Aramco Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, safety instructions, environmental regulations, and project quality standards.

  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure all construction and installation activities meet contractual requirements and pass client inspections.

  • Monitor construction progress, prepare regular progress reports, identify potential delays and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.

  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams on constructability reviews, design clarifications, technical queries, site modifications, and design changes to minimize rework and construction delays.

  • Review construction methods, work sequences, resource requirements, and site conditions to improve execution efficiency and resolve technical or interface issues.

  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure materials and equipment are available at site as per construction requirements and planned delivery schedules.

  • Monitor the delivery and availability of critical materials and equipment, identify supply chain risks, and coordinate material inspections, storage, and inventory control.

  • Assess the impact of design and procurement changes on construction activities and schedules, ensuring timely coordination and resolution among relevant teams.

  • Identify and resolve site constraints, material shortages, subcontractor issues, and construction-related challenges to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Verifiable direct experience serving as Construction Manager or in a senior site leadership role on Saudi Aramco EPC projects.
  • Proven record of successful execution and delivery of Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects; this qualification carries absolute priority in screening.
  • Practical management experience in heavy civil construction and complex installation phases in the oil and gas or heavy industry sector.
  • In-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety regulations, and familiarity with document systems such as SAES and SAMSS.
  • PMP, OSHA/NEBOSH/IOSH, or prior holding of an Saudi Aramco-approved SAP Number (Aramco SAP Number).
  • Proven track record of integrating and driving a multi-source subcontractor portfolio to complete delivery.
  • Experience working in EPC organizations, consortiums, or integrated project teams.
