What You'll Bring:

Required

• Experience managing IT coordination and support activities.
• Ability to oversee IT support and coordination requirements, ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Experience maintaining and monitoring IT asset inventories, including asset allocation, movement, and tracking.
• Knowledge of coordinating with Service Desk teams for laptop configuration, software provisioning, and IT setup.
• Ability to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT asset allocation, recovery, and clearance activities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to maintain IT-related records and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating procurement of IT assets and equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing responsive support to employees and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating virtual meetings, conference calls, and online dial-in sessions while providing technical support as needed.

Preferred

• Experience working with IT asset management tools and inventory tracking systems.
• Familiarity with IT service management and support environments.
• Experience supporting office-based technology operations in a corporate environment.
• Exposure to vendor coordination, equipment procurement, and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage IT coordination and support activities.
• Oversee IT support and coordination requirements for the team, ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Maintain and monitor IT asset inventory, including asset allocation, movement, and tracking.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk team for laptop configuration, software provisioning, and IT setup for new joiners.
• Facilitate the issuance and deployment of laptops, accessories, and other IT equipment to employees.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring timely allocation and recovery of IT assets and smooth clearance procedures.
• Address day-to-day IT-related queries and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage the disposal and replacement of obsolete IT assets and equipment in collaboration with the Group IT team.
• Coordinate the procurement of IT assets and equipment for the Houston office in accordance with organizational requirements and policies.
• Arrange and manage virtual meetings, conference calls, and online dial-in sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless connectivity and technical support.
• Maintain IT-related records, documentation, and compliance requirements to support efficient asset and service management.
