Student Recruitment Consultant

The Job

• Guide and counsel prospective students on suitable academic programmes.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into registrations.
• Achieve monthly student recruitment targets.
• Provide accurate information on programmes, fees, schedules, and entry requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Support students throughout the registration and admission process.
• Participate in student recruitment campaigns, events, school visits, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and student registrations.

The Person

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, admissions, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Sinhala.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
