Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager (KA Sales)

The job
This role is a core key account position within SEE China. Benchmarked against the premium industrial software sales systems of EPLAN and LiChi, it focuses on new client acquisition and in-depth account management of top-tier enterprises in electrical digitalization, industrial design and intelligent manufacturing sectors.
Targeting leading corporations across new energy, high-end equipment, rail transit, power transmission & transformation, semiconductor equipment and other industries, you will be responsible for direct sales implementation, project follow-up, deep customer cultivation and long-term strategic cooperation covering SEE’s full portfolio of industrial software and digital solutions. You will independently oversee the entire sales cycle for key accounts, deliver the company’s annual sales targets, and support the large-scale, high-end market expansion of our brand in China’s industrial digitalization space.
Key responsibilities
Focus on core industries including new energy, high-end industrial control, power equipment, rail transit and intelligent manufacturing. Precisely tap into resources of top-tier key accounts, listed companies and leading manufacturing enterprises within these sectors, and proactively explore new clients and project opportunities. Conduct regular research on industry market trends, competitors’ sales strategies (such as EPLAN and LiChi) and shifts in customer demands, deliver market analysis reports, and build a self-owned high-end customer resource pool.
Essential requirements
Minimum 3 years of direct B-end key account sales experience in the industrial sector. Prior sales experience with EPLAN, LiChi, AutoCAD, PLM/PDM, industrial CAE or electrical design software is highly preferred. Familiar with client systems and business models in at least one core industry: new energy, high-end equipment, power transmission & transformation, rail transit. Candidates with successful closed deals with top-tier enterprises and high-quality client resources take precedence.
Desired skills
Possess written and reading proficiency in English to communicate with foreign-invested enterprise clients. Hold professional certifications related to industrial software and intelligent manufacturing. With years of in-depth experience in targeted vertical industries, candidates shall maintain stable top-tier customer resources and channel resources.
