• Supervise and coordinate the activities of MVAC technicians to ensure efficient installation and maintenance.
• Ensure all MVAC work adheres to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Track and report on the progress of MVAC installations, addressing any issues or delays.
• Inspect MVAC systems for quality and compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• MVAC/Provide technical guidance, training, and support to the MVAC team.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure the team follows all safety protocols on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, report progress, and document issues or changes.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.
• Associate Degree of Engineer or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of AC maintenance or installation experience.
• Knowledge of AC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
