Translate business needs into optimal functional solutions within the Euroclear ecosystem.
Ensure alignment with architectural principles and long-term strategic goals.
Provide expert support during production escalations, offering a transversal perspective.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

5+ years of experience in functional design.
Experience within financial settlement systems is a nice to have.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ability to challenge and validate third-party solutions and budgets.
Risk awareness and anticipation mindset.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
