Entité du Groupe Eurofins, le Laboratoire IFEG réalise des analyses ADN pour le Ministère de la Justice.

Nous recherchons un candidat pour un poste d'Assistant Administratif basé à NANTES pour un CDI. Ses tâches principales sont les suivantes :

- édition des devis

- organisation du transport des échantillons

- tâches communes secrétariat (accueil téléphonique, accueil physique, envoi de courriers...)

Travail du lundi au vendredi, 35 heures par semaine, avec alternenance du planning chaque semaine sur deux horaires : 7h30 - 15h30 et 11h00 - 19h00.

La maîtrise de l'outil informatique (excel / word / outlook) est requise.

Le niveau baccalauréat est souhaité. Un cursus scientifique serait un plus.

La rigueur, la confidentialité, le dynamisme, le respect des consignes et des modes opératoires sont des qualités exigées.

Rémunération : selon profil et expérience
