Power Automate Desktop Developer

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer / RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. The ideal candidate should have experience with SQL, Automation Anywhere, other RPA technologies, and at least one programming language.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Automate Desktop flows/bots.
• Develop and support automation solutions using PAD, with a minimum of 10+ flows/bots.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, manipulation, and automation requirements.
• Integrate SQL-based data operations with Power Automate Desktop workflows.
• Develop, troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain Automation Anywhere bots.
• Work with other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Provide production support for Power Automate automation projects.
• Analyse automation failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor automation processes and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Utilise ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or other ITSM tools for incident, problem, and service request management.
• Collaborate with development, business, and support teams to resolve automation-related issues.
• Participate in testing, deployment, release activities, and post-production support.
• Provide hypercare support after go-live and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and support procedures.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows/bots.
• Strong experience working with Power Automate Desktop development and support.
• Hands-on experience with SQL data queries, including integration with PAD flows.
• 1-2 years of experience with Automation Anywhere is mandatory.
• Experience with at least one programming language: Java /. NET / Python / Angular JS / Node.js .
• Experience supporting Power Automate projects in production environments.
• Experience working with ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application/production support with Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience working with development and support teams.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as Power Automate / Power Apps are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Automation Anywhere bot development.
• Exposure to UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Programming experience in Java. NET, Python, AngularJS, or Node.js .
• Experience with enterprise RPA development and production support.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with development and business teams.
• Willingness to work in afternoon/night shift models.
