Vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle des incidents prioritaires, en assurant une communication claire et régulière avec les métiers impactés. Vous devrez avoir une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en gestion d'incidents majeurs, une bonne culture IT, une maîtrise des processus ITIL, et un anglais opérationnel.

Missions

Gérer la prise en compte et la coordination de tous les incidents prioritaires en utilisant les meilleures pratiques ITIL.
Diriger l'organisation des investigations et des opérations des équipes de support pour rétablir le service rapidement.
Fournir une communication claire et régulière aux métiers impactés et au management IT tout au long de l'incident.

Profil recherché

* **Expérience** : 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion d’incidents majeurs / Incident Management.

* **Connaissances techniques** : bonne culture IT (infrastructures, réseaux, sécurité, cloud, production IT).

* **Méthodologies** : maîtrise des processus ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

* **Soft skills** : leadership, proactivité, capacité à gérer la pression, communication claire et structurée.

* **Langues** : un anglais opérationnel (écrit et oral) est requis dans un contexte international.
