Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of each event
• Plan events while considering budget and time constraints
• Source vendors and select the best quality-to-cost ratio
• Manage all event operations (venue, invitations, equipment, order management, stock of goodies and brochures, client relations, etc.)
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms
• Perform final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
• Evaluate event success and provide reporting
• Propose ideas to improve services and event quality
• Collaborate with marketing to promote and raise awareness of events
• Proactively manage and resolve any issues that arise during events
• Conduct market research, identify event opportunities, and generate interest
• Update and manage Salesforce and campaign data
• Handle client NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and coordinate with the legal team
• Conduct outbound prospecting by calling potential clients
• Manage and qualify inbound leads, and disqualify when appropriate

Requirements

• - Currently studying in an engineering or business school, seeking a 2-year apprenticeship
• - Interest in the logistics sector, or willingness to explore it
• - Motivation to join a fast-growing company recognized for product innovation
• - Strong communication skills, good writing abilities, and autonomy
• - Fluent in English and German
