Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

We are looking for an analytical professional to join our FP&A team. This is an entry-level opportunity for those starting their career in finance within a collaborative, global environment. You will support our financial planning processes, helping the team analyze data and prepare reports that contribute to our ongoing business operations.

In this role, you will assist with operational expense (OpEx) analysis and collaborate with various departments. You will also have the opportunity to see how our team utilizes modern tools and AI to improve efficiency. If you are curious, comfortable with numbers, and interested in learning how to support business decisions through financial data, we would like to hear from you.

Your Impact

• Support OpEx Analysis: Assist the team with operational expense analysis. You’ll help uncover the "story" behind our spending, identifying cost drivers and trends to support efficiency. Your work will help provide clear data for leadership.

• Departmental Support: Work closely with the Finance team to assist various departments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to help them track their budgets and ensure accurate data management.

• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to translate these metrics into insights that support leadership's evaluation of our strategic objectives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with SQL and Python is a bonus, but not required.

• A strong "detective" mindset. You don’t just report numbers; you want to find out why they happen.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial insights clearly to team members who may not have a finance background.

• A proactive, organized approach with a genuine desire to learn and grow in a multicultural, collaborative team.

This Position

• Reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A

• Based in Singapore

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week, flexible working hours.
