The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Business Analyst (Senior Associate) to lead and deliver high-impact ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. At this level, you will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders, designing robust solutions, managing configurations, and ensuring alignment with strategic IT objectives. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement-ideal for someone ready to drive transformation using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.).
- Own and drive complex techno-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
- Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system health checks
- Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers.
- Maintain awareness of the latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
To qualify for the role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Strong experience with ITSM processes and modules.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
- Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations or migrations.
