Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a track record of building scalable and distributed systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing/mentoring a team.

  • Expertise in high-level system design and low-level implementation design, with experience handling high-scale, low-latency applications.
  • Strong coding skills in languages like Java, Go, Python, or Kotlin.
  • Experience with databases and query optimisations, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL (DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc. ).
  • Deep understanding of data pipelines, event-driven systems, and distributed messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a passion for performance optimisation.
