Packaging Operator – Transporter Packaging

We are currently seeking aPackaging Operator - Transporter Packaging to join our team in Alimos, Greece.

Role Description:

The position holder will report to the plant’sShift Supervisor and will be responsible for supplying the production and packaging lines with the appropriate materials, as well as transporting pallets of finished products to the warehouse.

Main responsibilities:

• Follow production instructions correctly and accurately complete the accompanying forms.
• Ensure compliance with Greek and European legislation (GMPs).
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety rules, always taking appropriate measures to protect yourself, colleagues and the workplace.
• Inform supervisors of any deviations or potential issues relating to the production process.
• Participate in investigations and propose improvements when deviations from operating procedures occur.
• Work shifts.
• Deliver the appropriate production and packaging materials to the designated, marked locations on each line in a timely manner.
• Remove pallets of finished products from each line, transport them to the warehouse and wrap them appropriately.
• Keep the production and packaging areas tidy.

• Check pedestrian-operated forklift trucks daily to ensure they are in good working order.

Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent technical school qualification.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Team spirit.
• Relevant experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
