We're looking for a Data Center IT Operations Senior Engineer to join our growing team!Our data centers are located across Asia, offering you the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborate with colleagues from different countries, and further develop your technical expertise.Job DescriptionDaily Operations: Perform daily data center IT operations and maintenance, including equipment inspections, environmental checks, and on-site technical support.Work Order Management: Handle IT work orders, including server and network equipment installation, rack mounting, cabling, hardware replacement, and routine maintenance.Incident Management: Respond to incidents and emergencies according to SLA requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.Technical Support: Work closely with network engineers and server specialists to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.SOP Compliance: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support continuous improvements to operational processes.Root Cause Analysis: Investigate incidents, identify root causes, document findings, and recommend preventive actions.Project Support: Assist with IT infrastructure deployment, project implementation, risk management, and project acceptance.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records, incident reports, work order updates, and daily operational documentation.Why Join Us?Work in an international data center environment.Collaborate with technical teams across Asia.Gain hands-on experience with large-scale IT infrastructure.Develop your technical expertise and grow your career.Interested? Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure support, server maintenance, or related technical roles.
Good understanding of servers, switches, network cabling, and other IT infrastructure equipment.
Familiar with IT troubleshooting, work order management, SOPs, and incident handling.
Able to use basic English for daily work communication with international colleagues. Fluency is not required!
Able to work rotating shifts (3 days on, 3 days off) to support 24/7 data center operations, including night shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills, a responsible attitude, and good teamwork abilities.
