Recruitment and Strategic Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff, from gathering staffing requirements and sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and confirming start dates, ensuring hiring targets and timelines are met.
Contribute to recruitment strategies and plans by analyzing workforce needs, hiring performance, and labor market conditions to help the team achieve its targets and KPIs.
Identify, evaluate, and develop recruitment channels suited to each location and target group, including proactive activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, internship programs, and community outreach.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and consistently represent the employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
Sub-Team Leadership and Support
Coordinate workload allocation and priorities within the sub-team based on business urgency while maintaining individual hiring targets.
Regularly monitor team hiring progress and performance, identify gaps against targets, and help develop corrective action plans to meet staffing requirements.
Guide and support team members in sourcing, screening, and resolving operational challenges, escalating issues to the supervisor when additional support is needed.
Manpower Agency and Stakeholder Management
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate the onboarding of new manpower agencies to support warehouse expansion and staffing needs.
Monitor agency performance against targets and coordinate improvement plans to resolve issues and improve staffing delivery.
Collaborate with warehouse operations and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce needs, adjust recruitment plans, and address constraints affecting employee start dates
Recruitment Projects and Performance Tracking
Contribute to the planning and execution of recruitment projects, manage assigned tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and track results against project goals and recruitment KPIs.
Analyze recruitment challenges and bottlenecks, and propose and test improvements to sourcing channels, workflows, and candidate follow-up to improve efficiency and support long-term growth.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports covering workforce requirements, hiring progress, team and agency performance, key metrics, risks, and action plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR (Recruitment) or related fields
- Ability to work with data quality with strong analytical and Leadership skills
- Strong problem solving skills and knowledge of G Suite
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite.
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work under pressure and travel/work at Shopee Warehouse (Bangna Km. 23 or Wangnoi Ayutthaya).
