At Fatboy, we love great design, bold ideas and doing things a little differently. We're looking for a Digital Content Designer to join our Creative team; someone with a keen eye for design, strong visual instincts and a head full of ideas.

You'll create engaging visual content for campaigns, social media and other marketing channels. Working primarily with existing photography and video assets, you'll turn ideas into striking visuals, engaging videos and animations that feel unmistakably Fatboy.

But this role is about more than creating great visuals. You'll also help keep our content and assets organised, up to date and accessible to teams across the business. You're someone who enjoys both the creative side of the job and the structured, detail-oriented work that helps everything run smoothly.

You have a strong sense of aesthetics, bring your own ideas to the table and are curious about new technologies, including AI. Just as importantly, you're approachable, practical and enjoy working with others. You understand the needs of different teams, communicate openly and take pride in helping colleagues find the right solutions.

You'll join our Creative team, working together with Marketing and closely with E-commerce and other departments. We value creativity, open communication and a collaborative, hands-on approach to getting things done.

What will you do?

• Create engaging visual content for campaigns, social media, digital channels and other marketing materials.
• Edit and adapt existing photography and video assets into compelling content for different channels and formats.
• Develop and edit short-form videos, animations and motion content that bring our products and brand to life.
• Come up with fresh visual ideas and creative solutions while staying true to Fatboy's brand identity.
• Manage and organise visual assets in our PIM system, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and easily accessible to colleagues across the organisation.
• Take ownership of both creative projects and day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality delivery.
• Explore new creative tools, trends and AI technologies to improve both content and workflows.
• Work together with Marketing and collaborate closely with E-commerce and other departments, understanding their needs and translating them into effective creative solutions.

Who are you?

• At least 4 years of experience in visual design, content creation or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and experience with both still imagery and video.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience in Figma or similar digital design tools as a plus.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, typography and visual storytelling.
• Experience with video editing and animation, and the ability to turn existing assets into engaging content.
• An interest in AI-powered creative tools and how to use them effectively.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage creative and operational tasks independently.
• A collaborative, approachable and service-oriented mindset. You listen, understand the needs of others and enjoy finding solutions together.
• A proactive, flexible and hands-on attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage different priorities.
