Role Summary:

Filevine's Recruiting team is at the center of our growth and opportunity. Based out of our Chicago office, this role is ideal for a fast-paced talent professional who loves variety and takes deep pride in personal accountability. At Filevine, ownership isn't just a buzzword: we expect you to drive your requisitions with initiative while evaluating that same self-starter mindset in every candidate you interview

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Ownership: Own full-desk recruitment for 10-15 active requisitions across key business units, managing hires from initial sourcing through offer sign-off and initial onboarding.

• Diverse & Proactive Sourcing: Deploy targeted sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Metaview, and local networking groups to attract top-tier, diverse candidate pipelines.

• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct structured interview screeners that evaluate technical proficiency while assessing core alignment with Filevine’s culture of ownership and high agency.

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles, set realistic expectations, and optimize interview workflows.

• Data Integrity & ATS Operations: Maintain real-time pipeline accuracy and reporting within Lever to optimize time-to-hire metrics.

• Employer Branding: Represent Filevine at Chicago-area tech meetups, university career fairs, and networking events to build our regional employer brand.

Who You'll Need:

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally originating from an agency, fast-paced startup, or hyper-growth environment.

• On-site availability to work out of our Chicago office.

• Generalist versatility: Ability and curiosity to recruit across distinct domain areas (e.g., Implementation, Marketing, Technical roles).

• Proven track record of ownership: Self-driven mindset with a history of solving bottlenecks independently.

• Tech stack fluency: Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS), Metaview, or modern sourcing tools.

• Inclusion commitment: Dedicated to creating equitable candidate experiences and building diverse talent pipelines

Success Looks Like:

• First 30 Days (Learn, Adopt & Apply): Immerse yourself in Filevine’s hiring processes-from intake forms to signed offer letters. You will become a subject matter expert across our workflow and tech stack (Lever, Metaview, Juicebox) while taking on active open requisitions starting in Week 1.

• First 90 Days (Full Autonomy & Delivery): Find your sweet spot across your open roles. You’ve built trusted rapport with hiring managers, calibrated your candidate pipelines, and closed out your first open role or two.

• First 6 Months (Strategic Ownership & Efficiency): Take full strategic ownership over key business units and departments. You are the go-to recruiting partner and have identified ways to make our hiring process more effective and efficient
