Design Drafter Intern

Job Responsibilities:Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or RevitDevelop space plans and furniture layouts for compelling client presentationsUpdate and modify existing drawings based on designer feedback and project requirementsMaintain the furniture library and product specifications within the design databaseConduct space measurements and surveys to ensure precise drawing dimensionsPrepare engaging presentation materials and mood boards for client meetingsOrganize and manage drawing files to ensure the team always has access to the latest versionsJob Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or related fieldProficiency in AutoCAD (essential requirement)Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D rendering software (advantageous)Basic understanding of space planning principles and furniture ergonomicsStrong attention to detail with ability to follow specific instructionsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
