Are you a client-focused audit leader who thrives on leading high performing teams and delivering audits of the highest quality? As a Manager at Crowe Australasia, you’ll support a team and deliver a trusted, client-first audit experience.
We are open to candidates based in Christchurch, Nelson, Dunedin, and Invercargill.
Your role, your contribution!
- Be a key contact for clients, building trust and long-term working relationships
- Plan and deliver audits to quality, budget and regulatory standards
- Coach, develop and allocate work to build team capability
- Ensure compliance with audit methodology and accounting standards
- Identify growth opportunities and support fee proposals

What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience with NZ auditing and accounting standards
- CA or equivalent qualifications
- Sound business acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities within agree timeframes
- Strong capability to lead and inspire teams
- Experience with CaseWare Working Papers is an advantage
