Main tasks

Gather, clarify, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation
Define KPIs, business rules, and functional documentation
Support data visualization and analytics initiatives
Participate in testing, validation, go-live, and continuous improvement activities
Ensure consistency, quality, and usability of delivered solutions
Facilitate communication and coordination between business stakeholders and IT teams

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data, BI, Analytics, or Generative AI
Good knowledge of tools and technologies such as Tableau, SAP BW/HANA, Snowflake, AWS Data services and Gen AI services
Experience in data visualization, data modeling, and analytics solutions
Strong coordination skills between business and IT teams Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Other requirements

Fluent in English;
Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
Customer focus and service delivery;
Availability to work in EU.
