Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mid-level Java Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java applications using the Spring framework. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality Java applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the development process.
• Continuously improve development processes and practices, Java Spark - Spark and Spark SQL.

Requirements:

• Must understand and must have worked on optimising Spark jobs/applications (Spark SQL and Spark Core).
• UI: Knowledge of HTML5 JavaScript, jQuery, React JS, and Bootstrap, Kendo UI is an added advantage.
• Services: Java 8 Spring Boot, Rest-based Web APIs, Micro Service Architecture.
• Databases: Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Documentation: The person must be good at documenting design documents when necessary.
• Process: The person must be adept with the Agile way of work and should have worked on Jira.
• Working knowledge of multi-threading, Java Executor, Collections, JPA, and encryption.
• Experience in coding, debugging, troubleshooting, defect fixing, and algorithm building.
• Working knowledge of SQL/ PL SQL skills, including the ability to write efficient queries.
• Able to self-manage; able to organise and prioritise.
• Able to manage other team members as well, along with own tasks.
• Strong OOPS concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Java development.
• Ability to write clear and concise code.
• Good to have Microservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Core Java.
• Nice to have JavaScript and sound knowledge of ReactJS.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Nice to know other programming languages, such as Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Kubernetes.
• Should be able to write JDBC queries, debug and optimise.
• Should have handled a team of 3-4
