Lead Software Engineer
* 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, customer-facing web applications in production environments.
* Strong expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and React, with a deep understanding of modern frontend architectures, Web Components, and reusable design systems.
* Demonstrated experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle, including secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles.
* Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes across the development lifecycle.
* Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices, and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
