Associate Director, Analytics

Fitzco is hiring an Associate Director, Analytics to connect sophisticated analytics with client decision-making. The role leads client relationships and analytical work, translates business questions and model outputs into actionable recommendations, and presents findings to clients and senior stakeholders. It also partners with internal teams and helps develop the Analytics team’s capabilities, tools, and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day analytics lead for assigned client relationship
• Translate client business questions into clear analytical approaches
• Lead and support statistical analyses, modeling, measurement, and reporting
• Interpret model outputs and turn them into meaningful business insights
• Present findings and recommendations directly to clients and senior stakeholders
• Explain complex analytical concepts in clear, understandable language
• Partner with strategy, media, account, and other teams to connect analytics to broader client objectives
• Contribute to the continued development of the Analytics team’s capabilities, tools, and approaches

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of marketing and business strategies
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and measurement methodologies
• Experience interpreting outputs from models such as regression, segmentation, forecasting, attribution, propensity, or marketing mix models
• Strong ability to translate complex findings into clear business implications and recommendations
• Experience presenting analytical work directly to clients or senior business stakeholders
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, particularly with data
• Comfortable managing multiple client priorities and analytical workstreams
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Experience working with tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, SAS or R, Tableau or Studio, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience in an agency, marketing, media, or consulting environment
• Experience with marketing measurement, MMM, incrementality, attribution, segmentation, or customer analytics
• Experience mentoring or managing junior analytical talent
• Familiarity with modern data environments and visualization platforms
