Marketing Data Analyst (Python)
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst (Python) who can transform marketing and customer data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will analyze campaign performance, automate reporting, build dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience working with digital marketing platforms.
Requirements
Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, etc.).
Develop automated reports and dashboards using Python, SQL, and BI tools.
Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
Measure key marketing KPIs including:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- ROI
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Retention & Churn
Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
Build marketing attribution models.
Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Automate recurring reports and data pipelines using Python.
Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of statistics and A/B testing.
- Experience with ETL processes and data cleaning.
