Tu seras responsable de la gestion complète du cycle de vente par téléphone, en convertissant principalement des leads inbound et en accompagnant chaque commerçant jusqu'à la signature. Missions

  • Qualifier et comprendre les besoins des prospects en traitant principalement des leads inbound.
  • Gérer tout le cycle de vente à distance, de la présentation des solutions à la conclusion de la vente.
  • Assurer un suivi commercial fluide et professionnel, en accompagnant le client jusqu’à la validation de la commande.
