A scaffolding company based in Johannesburg is looking for a system administrator. To maintain and support the company's computer systems, networks, software and IT equipment, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently, securely and reliably.
Duties & Responsibilities-
Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks and other IT equipment.

Manage user accounts, email accounts and access permissions.

Install and update software and operating systems.

Maintain data backups and ensure company information is protected.

Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

Provide technical support to employees.

Manage IT equipment, software licences and inventory.

Maintain antivirus, security systems and user access controls.

Liaise with external IT service providers when required.

Ensure IT systems are available to support daily business operations.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in IT support or systems administration.

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

Basic knowledge of computer networks, cybersecurity and data backups.
