Position Summar y
The Site IT Lead is responsible for delivering Information Technology leadership and operational support across all FMC locations and employees within the Philippines. This role ensures reliable, secure and compliant IT services, provides hands-on Level 2 support, coordinates global and regional service delivery, and represents local business requirements within the wider IT organization. The position combines technical depth, service leadership, stakeholder management and disciplined execution of IT standards, projects and controls.

The Role (daily responsibilities)
Site IT Operations and End-User Services
- Own the day-to-day health, availability and user experience of site IT services, including endpoints, meeting room technology, printing, connectivity and local infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on Level 2 support for hardware, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 services, approved business applications and collaboration tools.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk, global support teams, managed service providers and vendors to ensure stable and reliable services
- Lead technology onboarding, transfers and offboarding, ensuring equipment, access and support are delivered or removed on time.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, service information and escalation paths.
Infrastructure, Workplace Technology and Asset Management
- Support local network, server, storage, workspace and audiovisual services in partnership with global infrastructure teams and/or vendors.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure maintenance, technology refreshes, office moves and site projects with minimal business disruption.
- Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including forecasting, procurement, inventory accuracy, deployment, warranty, refresh, secure disposal and audit evidence.
- Oversee local IT vendors and purchasing activities in line with sourcing, financial and security requirements.
Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Business Continuity
- Promote, support and adhere to global cybersecurity, architecture, data privacy and IT control requirements
- Coordinate endpoint compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation and corrective actions
- Maintain site IT business continuity and recovery procedures, perform recovery test plans, ensure critical contacts, dependencies and recovery steps remain current.
- Support internal and external audits by providing complete, accurate and timely evidence and by tracking findings through closure.
- Conduct periodic user training
- Promote safe working practices and contribute to FMC's culture of safety.
IT Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise between IT, Functional, and Business leaders
- Supervise, provide support and coach team members
- Monitor and drive KPI targets
- Drive delivery of IT roadmaps, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate local adoption, user readiness and change activities for regional and global technology deployments.
- Facilitates, coordinates and ensures that infrastructure maintenance and compliance tasks are scheduled and completed
- Support the Regional IT Manager, APAC with roadmap planning, budget forecasting, cost tracking, risk management and regional initiatives.
The Candidate (requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology or end-user services, including hands-on site support.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity and access, networking, meeting room technology and enterprise business applications.
- Working knowledge of IT service management practices, including incident, request, problem, change, asset and knowledge management.
- Experience coordinating vendors, procurement, technology refreshes, office/site projects and operational maintenance.
- Practical understanding of cybersecurity controls, endpoint compliance, vulnerability remediation, business continuity and audit support.
- Experience with ITSM, user and device management, reporting or automation platforms is desirable, e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Power BI and Power Automate.
- ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Cisco or relevant project management certification is desirable but not required.
