岗位职责
1、负责数据管理中台的整体功能开发与持续迭代。
2、与业务方直接沟通，理解需求并转化为可落地的技术方案。
3、负责前后端功能设计与实现，保障系统可用性与扩展性。
4、参与数据模型与接口设计，支撑后续业务扩展。
5、协助梳理业务流程，逐步沉淀中台能力。
6、推进项目交付，对功能结果负责。
7、参与系统优化与技术演进。
任职要求
1、熟悉 React, Python 语言,精通 FastAPI 框架及 RESTful 协议，能够开发高质量的后端接口。
2、熟悉常用关系型数据库及 NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB)的设计与使用，能根据业务抽象数据模型。
3、熟悉 Linux 开发环境，熟练使用 Git 版本控制，掌握容器化技术。
4、有数据类系统、中台系统经验者优先。
5、能处理业务变化快、需求不完全清晰的场景。
6、具备全栈开发经验，能独立完成完整功能闭环
