Der Bereich Customer Management entwickelt auf einer skalierenden AWS-Infrastruktur datengetriebene Services mit signifikantem Business Impact. Dafür arbeiten Platform Engineers, Data Engineers und Data Scientists an leading-edge Technologien, um Fachbereichen neben analytischen auch ML- und AI-getriebene Lösungen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist für den Aufbau, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen Datenplattform in der Cloud (Serverless, Datenbanken, Storage, Netze) zuständig
  • Als Cloud/Platform-Engineer entwickelst du kontinuierlich unsere DataOps Prozesse weiter
  • Entwicklung und Aufbau von Cloud-Infrastruktur / -Services in Form von Code (IaC)
  • Die Bereitstellung von Monitoring-, Alerting- und Logging-Lösungen für Infrastruktur, SaaS-Lösungen und Datenpipelines sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Informationsarchitekten, Data-Scientisten sowie Einhaltung interner und regulatorischer Anforderungen

## Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreiches Studium der Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und erste Erfahrungen als Cloud/Platform-Engineer
  • Du hast Kenntnisse der AWS Cloud-Komponenten sowie der relevanten Services, z.B. EKS, DynamoDB, Glue, S3, EC2
  • Grundlegende Linux-Kenntnisse und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit der Programmiersprache Python und SQL bzw. TypeScript
  • Kenntnisse der wesentlichen Geschäftsprozesse und Datenstrukturen in Vertragskunden- / Abo-Geschäft oder Telekommunikation sind vorteilhaft
  • Spaß an projektbasierter Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären und agilen Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit Fokus auf kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
