Missions
- Lead a high-performing team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback to team members, identifying development areas and growth opportunities.
- Act as the main engineering counterpart to Product Managers and Designers, building strong relationships to ensure transparency.
Profil recherché
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills- Growth mindset, data-driven decision-making, and bias for action
- Level of Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices
- Level of relevant working experience: Minimum 5 years in software engineering roles, and at least 2 years in a leadership or management position
- Delivery/project management and agile methodology fluency
- Experience with scaling zero to one products
