About the Role
We are seeking Salesforce Developers with a strong background in designing scalable solutions and
extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging
Salesforce’s out-of-the-box features to deliver optimal business value while customizing solutions
where necessary.
1. Lead Salesforce Development: Guide and manage a team of developers in Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), and trigger development. Oversee integration strategies and ensure successful
project delivery.
2. Architect Salesforce Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into
scalable Salesforce solutions. Design Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components. Implement
integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
3. Provide Technical Leadership: Offer expertise in Apex, LWC, and triggers throughout the project
lifecycle. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and resolve technical issues. Drive adoption of
Salesforce development standards.
4. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Implement testing methodologies for Apex code, LWC components,
and triggers. Oversee deployments and ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
Optimize system performance through code and query optimizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I & II) preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, good to have Financial Services Cloud experience.
