Senior Developer – ARM

Required Skills*

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce ARM / Revenue Cloud Advanced / RLM.

Good understanding of Revenue Settings and ARM feature enablement.

Experience with Product Catalog Management.

Experience creating products, catalogs, categories, bundles, components, and attributes.

Strong knowledge of Context Definitions and field mapping.

Hands-on experience with Pricing Procedures and Decision Tables.

Experience in ARM pricing scenarios such as tiered pricing, customer-type discounts, attribute-based pricing, and surcharge logic.

Knowledge of Product Configurator, Business Rules Engine, and Constraint Rules Engine.

Ability to debug pricing, product discovery, catalog, and configuration rule issues.

Good understanding of Salesforce security: users, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, OWD, roles, and sharing.

Good knowledge of Salesforce data model, SOQL, flows, Apex basics, and integration concepts.

Strong communication and requirement analysis skills.

*Technical Skills*

Experience with Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, DRO.

Experience with Usage Management and Rate Management.

Experience with Billing and invoice-related transaction flow.

Experience with integrations using REST API, Named Credentials, and external systems.

Experience with LWC or Apex customization in Revenue Cloud projects.

Experience in migration from classic Salesforce CPQ to ARM/RLM.

Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/Billing is an added advantage, but ARM hands-on experience is mandatory.
