BARISTA [CENTURION]

Our client is looking for barista's in the Centurion area. This is for a 3 month contract. Must be available immediately. The ideal candidate must have customer service experience, able to work shifts, have a good attitude, be reliable and dependable, trustworthy, show initiative, have good communication, have excellent people skills, have confidence, a professional attitude, able to handle pressure and solve problems and be comitted. 

Crafting Beverages: Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to established quality standards.

Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and processing payments.

Daily Upkeep: Maintaining a clean workspace, washing equipment, and keeping seating areas tidy.

Inventory Control: Restocking ingredients, cups, and food items throughout the shift.

Strong Communication: Friendly attitude and the ability to interact positively with customers and teammates.

Work Ethic: Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to multitask during busy morning or afternoon rushes.

Physical Adaptability: Stamina to stand for long periods and safely lift light inventory.

Matric: Matric is compulsory. 

Experience: Previous customer experience is compulsory. (minimum 1 year). 

Market related based on experience.
