We’re waiting for you!

Join G2A.COM as a Data Analyst and take ownership of analytical topics end to end – from understanding the problem, through data analysis, modelling and experimentation, to delivering clear recommendations that support key business decisions.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with data, combining SQL, Python, statistical methods, experimentation and data visualization to turn insights into measurable impact. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, enjoys working with stakeholders, and cares about seeing their work used in real decisions. You’ll focus on understanding the problem, not just the numbers. Some of the questions you’ll work on don’t have obvious answers – how customers respond to changes, what a decision is really worth, or whether an effect is real or just noise. You’ll lead your own projects, show how data can drive business and product decisions, and explain complex insights in a clear, practical way. Your work will have a real impact on the company, and we’ll support your growth wherever it’s needed.

Why this role exists?

As the company grows, data plays an increasingly important role in everyday decision-making. Many key initiatives require combining business performance data with product and user insights, validating ideas before scaling them, and quantifying their real impact on revenue and margin.

This role was created to strengthen analytical ownership in decision-making processes, ensuring that changes are supported not only by insights, but also by proper validation and measurable outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead analytical topics end to end – from problem definition to actionable recommendations

  • Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and interpreting results with the right level of statistical rigor

  • Analyze business performance, customer behavior and the impact of commercial decisions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

  • Build and improve analytical models, dashboards, and reports

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the data and translate ideas into measurable changes

  • Help define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics

  • Improve and automate reporting processes where it makes sense

  • Ensure data quality and apply statistical methods pragmatically – from quick sanity checks to more advanced models where the problem calls for it

  • Evaluate trade-offs between different revenue streams and user experience – e.g. how new commercial or monetization features affect conversion and retention

You're a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role

  • You’re confident with SQL and have worked with analytical datasets

  • You use Python for data analysis

  • You have hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

  • You have a solid grounding in statistics – e.g. hypothesis testing, regression, working with uncertainty – and know when a simple approach is enough and when it isn’t

  • You can independently lead analytical topics and collaborate across teams

  • You’ve worked with non-technical stakeholders

  • You know how to apply experimentation techniques to validate product or business changes – including situations where a clean A/B test isn’t possible

  • You don’t just produce reports - you identify opportunities and solutions that improve user experience, e-commerce performance, and business results

Good to have (but not required):

  • Experience working with data that directly influences product or business decisions

  • Exposure to e‑commerce and commercial metrics (conversion, AOV, take rate, margin, churn, CAC/LTV, etc.)

  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or reviewing analytical work

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks or analytics engineering concepts

  • A background in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics, econometrics, mathematics, physics)

  • Experience measuring incrementality or attribution (e.g. in marketing, promotions or advertising)

  • Experience with forecasting, demand modelling or price sensitivity analysis

Why is joining us worth it?

  • You can work in a hybrid model, from the office, or remotely

  • You receive all the necessary work resources, such as a laptop and/or a phone

  • We can provide and deliver ergonomic and electronic equipment for your home office, such as footrests, stability balls, chair with back support, monitor, mousepad, laptop docking station, mouse, keyboard, headphones

  • We provide an opportunity for realizing new ideas and appreciate them a lot

  • We encourage the development of skills and competences with internal and external trainings

  • We support grassroots initiatives and take part in charity events

  • We offer valuable benefits, such as:

  • the welcome pack,

  • vouchers for the Motivizer platform

  • private healthcare

  • the MultiSport card,

  • an opportunity to take part in internal and external trainings and industry events,

  • many more

  • You will receive discount codes to use on the G2A.COM sales platform so that you can enjoy the benefits of our offers and services
