About the Role

Garden State Tile has been a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957. In this vital role, you won't just move product-you will actively drive our signature "concierge-level" customer experience from the ground up, providing top-tier ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone to elite contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and retail consumers.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Operation: Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, and organize inventory within our state-of-the-art warehouse using Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
• Drive Sales Excellence: Pack, ship, and accurately prepare all orders for shipping and customer pick-ups, providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client and team member.
• Manage Logistics: Load and unload trucks while safely processing transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse.
• Maintain Accuracy: Perform cycle counts as scheduled to preserve accurate inventory levels and improve overall warehouse productivity.
• Lead with Values: Maintain proper safety procedures at all times, thriving in a fast-paced, luxury design logistics environment.
