What We're Looking For
- Diploma level qualification in IT or similar.
- A strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping employees with everyday IT issues.
- Logging and following up on helpdesk requests.
- Setting up computers, printers and software.
- Supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and email.
- Helping with user accounts, passwords and basic connection issues.
