Requirements Experienced AWS DevOps professional with strong technical leadership and Agile/Scrum management capabilities to design, build, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure while driving efficient Agile delivery. Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cloud security, and infrastructure reliability. Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Python or Bash scripting. Provide technical leadership by driving architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and ensuring engineering best practices. Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and removing team blockers. Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to manage and prioritize backlogs and ensure successful sprint delivery. Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency. Exposure to AI/ML workloads, MLOps pipelines, Amazon SageMaker, or Amazon Bedrock is preferred.
