A riporto del responsabile AI & Data Platform, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti principali attività:

  • Sviluppo e gestione di pipeline dati e soluzioni di data engineering
  • Sviluppo di reporting e dashboard a supporto del business
  • Analisi funzionale e implementazione di use case AI a supporto del business
  • Coordinamento con Central Team per lo sviluppo di soluzioni AI
  • Supporto al presidio di AI governance, risk & compliance
  • Collaborazione con IT e funzioni di business per abilitare soluzioni data-driven.
  • Laurea in discipline STEM (Ingegneria, Informatica, Data Science o affini)
  • Esperienza consolidata in data engineering, data science ed AI
  • Conoscenza di architetture dati (DWH, data lake, Cloud Data Platform, preferibilmente AWS, pipeline ETL/ELT) e dei principali strumenti di data visualization (PowerBI, Qlik)
  • Esperienza con strumenti di programmazione (es. Python, SQL, Spark)
  • Familiarità con modelli e framework di Machine Learning / AI
  • Conoscenza delle tematiche di Data Governance e Data Quality
  • Attitudine analitica e orientamento al risultato
  • Capacità di lavorare in contesti cross-funzionali e internazionali
  • Ottime capacità comunicative
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
