Job Description
Responsibilities:Facilitate the deal process through various steps, including proposal planning, shaping, building, refining, submitting, and bid defense, in collaboration with Genpact leadership and partners across the organization.
Provide insights to the deal pursuit by leveraging findings from similar past proposals, industry challenges, and G differentiators.
Support solution development by contributing to proposal storylines, business cases, and tower-wise solution consolidation, ensuring alignment with the commercial construct.
Facilitate research through the research team, gathering information and generating insights on key accounts, markets, competition, and client CXOs.
Conduct detailed market assessments and market intelligence studies, including strategic and tactical developments within verticals and accounts.
Identify client-specific issues and develop hypotheses and solutions, conducting data analysis and presenting findings to drive sales conversations.
Act as a strategic partner to identify new growth areas by coordinating with the broader ecosystem and demonstrating growth opportunities.
Drive sales governance adoption and cadence, overseeing lead management, deal and pipeline reviews, and ensuring a structured approach to sales execution.
